To be able to be a great leader, you need master every aspect of the job. Being hands-on means you've done it rather than just read or learned about it. It makes easier to hire the right people and train them to do the job once you've done it!

You don't need to be an experience painter! We'll teach you our unique methods and guide you along the way. However, you need to be willing and eager to learn.
